Winter Rates (Jan-Mar)
Weekend rate $150/night based on 2 person occupancy Weekends have 2 night minimum stay requirement.

Additional adults are $15 each per night, additional children under the age of 16 are $10 each per night

Weeknight rate $125/night based on 2 person occupancy
Additional adults are $15 each per night, additional children under the age of 16 are $10 each per night.

Spring-Summer-Fall (April-Dec)
Weekend rate $200/night based on 2 person occupancy Weekends have 2 night minimum stay requirement.

TO PLACE A RESERVATION OR CHECK AVAILABILITY, please give us a call 440-537-2026 or fill out our contact us form and we will get in touch with you immediately. You will find a copy of our rental agreement here for your review. Rental agreement is considered agreed upon and entered into upon placing your reservation by phone. The security code of your credit card is your electronic signature. Please review the rental agreement before you place your reservation. It contains important information regarding damage/security deposit requirements, cancellation policy, non-smoking policy, as well as other important information about our cabin rules. You will also be supplied with a printed copy of the rental agreement when you check in. Person making the reservation must provide photo ID such as a driver's license, and will be asked to sign the rental agreement at check in.

We love animals, and welcome well-mannered and house-broken pets. We ask that pets be kept on a leash when outside with you, and not be left alone in your cabin unless crated. Because of the additional time involved in cleaning a cabin that a pet has stayed in, there is a charge of $30 per pet per stay. We allow up to two pets per cabin with prior approval. Pets are allowed at almost all of the nearby State Park areas. For details check out the rental agreement.

What should you bring?

What We Provide We provide all towels, bed linens including pillows and blankets, and kitchen linens. The kitchen does have a coffee maker, toaster, all pots and pans, slow cooker, silverware, dishes and glasses, blender, and typical kitchen utensils.

What You Should Bring You need to bring your food, and paper products you want to use such as paper plates, paper towels, napkins, and your toiletries. Some guest like to bring their own pillows. Items our guest most often forget to bring inlude coffee, soap for the shower, extra garbage bags. Don't forget your hiking boots. Our cabin has well water. Some guests prefer to bring their own drinking water. If you plan to use the laundry, you will need to bring detergent and fabric softener.

Amenities Occasionally appliances, fireplaces, etc... can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other "Acts of God" that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency.

Extended Stays If you are staying more than two days we will stock the linen closet with extra towels. We do have a washer and dryer in the cabin also.

Fireplaces Our wood-burning fireplace is operational all year. You can pre-order wood for this fireplace from us for $10.00 per bag or bundle, and it will be on the back porch for you.

Cell Phone Reception Most cell phones will work at our cabin depending upon your provider. Please check with your provider to insure there is coverage in this area. We have received no complaints from customers in regards to cell phone signal. There are no land lines installed in the cabin.

Electrical Outages Unfortunately electrical outages do happen out here in the country! We do have flashlights in the cabins, but you might want to bring one just in case.

Pets are welcome. Must be well mannered, and house broken. Pets are allowed with prior approval.

Bugs We have our cabin professionally treated on a regular basis, but we have invaded the bugs' natural habitat. You are in the middle of the woods and you WILL see bugs and spiders during your stay! You might want to bring some bug spray if you plan to spend time outside and hiking at the parks.

TV Reception We offer Satellite TV through Direct TV.

Winter Weather Winter Weather may be a factor during your stay, as we are open year round. We suggest that you arrange for four-wheel drive transportation in the case of inclement weather. We do have very hilly and winding terrain in the area.

On your next visit to Possum Lodge Cabins, plan a romantic stay. Let us order and place a dozen roses or mixed bouquet of flower in your cabin. Nothing says "I Love You" like fresh flowers. What a beautiful way to celebrate an anniversary, birthday, or just make your stay "extra" special..

One Dozen Roses:
We offer one dozen roses in a vase with greenery and baby's breath. Roses will be in your cabin upon arrival. Color is based upon availability. $49.99 *(Price may vary depending upon the time of year).

 

 

 

Mixed Bouquet
Mixed Bouquet in vase. We will have flowers in your cabin upon arrival. $24.99 (Flowers will vary depending upon time of year).

 

In Cabin massage

Treat yourself to a full body massage in the comfort and warmth of your cabin. Choose from 3 types of massage:

Relaxation Massage
Relaxation Massage: Massage using traditional Swedish techniques with light to moderate pressure to relax your muscles, reduce tension, and rejuvenate the mind.

Deep Tissue Massage Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes with moderate to deep pressure. The focus is placed on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia.

Custom Massage A combination of the Relaxation Massage and Deep Tissue Massage tailored to meet your specific needs. This massage is intended to relax yet treat certain tension areas of the body

Offering Single or Couple's Massage: You may schedule Single Massage(60 or 90 minutes. 90 minute may also be split into two 45 minute massages).Couple's Massage - Simultaneous side-by-side for couples (60 minutes).
